Wooden stakes and posts
As wood producers and traders, along the years we have developed a range of wood products to serve specific niches. In particular, Sasupra produces stakes and posts made of quality softwoods, which are used in gardening and fencing: they can be used as elements of fences, to hold trees and plants, to demarcate areas, and in a variety of situations.
We produce wooden stakes and posts using high quality Northern Europe coniferous wood: slow-growing Pine (Pinus sylvestris) and Spruce (Picea abies). Those softwoods are the ideal material for high quality stakes and posts because they are easier to use and present a better benefit-cost ratio than other species of softwoods and hardwoods. Because we source our materials in cold regions, where Spruce and Pine trees naturally grow slowly, our posts and stakes are made of high-density wood and offer a better value for money.

Certified wood: FSC and more
Our wood is produced and harvested in Northern and Northeastern Europe, exclusively from professionally managed forests, which are planted and harvested according to the best environmental practices and local legislations. As a consequence, all wood we produce and trade is certified either by a local government or an independent certifier, and all our wooden products, including our stakes and posts, have their chain of custody certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
Additionally, wooden posts and stakes can be impregnated with specific chemical compounds, and in those cases we are able to supply our clients with certificates of conformity. Those certificates attest the composition and specifications of the treatments used, and the respect of European and national environmental regulations.
We are a leading producer and trader of sawn timber and lumber, cut to size and finished or semi-finished for a range of purposes.
